It’s Halloween and so I’ve got to get the candy prepped. I checked the weather and it looks to be a rainy day. The whole day. I wonder how many people are going to continue with outdoor trick or treat? Hope everyone else has a fun and safe one.

Late Night talk show host Conan ‘O Brien is also known as “The Clueless Gamer” a segment in his show where Conan sits down and plays some video games. While he usually plays on an Microsoft XBOX 360, this time he’s playing on a Microsoft Windows PC. He plays 3 games, Slender, Amnesia: The Dark Descent and Outlast.
Over the Halloween 2012 week, I decided to watch this film. It was my first time watching it.
A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors is a horror movie from 1987. Starring Robert Englund as Freddy Krueger. The movie also has Patricia Arquette, Laurence Fishburne, John Saxon. Give a new group of teens “super” abilities in their dreams and face off against Freddy. I enjoyed the film but which one should I watch next?

There weren’t too many kids knocking at the door this year. Around a dozen or so. It was a School day and the strict time of 3 – 7 PM probably contributed to the low number. The one costume I remember the most was Luigi ( from Super Mario).
This also means more leftover candy for me to munch on. I also tried a new candy this year, Wonka Chocolate Waterfall.
Except they were the bagged fun size version. The combo of Milk and White chocolate is really good. I recommend that chocolate lovers out there give it a try.

The foot traffic at our home was an increase over last year by almost double. Even with the strict time frame of 3-7 PM. There were a few costumes that stood out, Venom, Spider-Man, Witches and Princesses.
When the night was over I handed out around 60-80 pieces of candy. The 6 bags of candy I had was a bit overkill but now I have something to snack on. Perhaps next year I’ll actually hand out the candy while in costume or something.
