This is a reminder for fans of Legend of Zelda music. The Concert tour seems to be back on.

Here’s a sample from last year.

The song is Hyrule Castle Theme from The Legend of Zelda: A Link to The Past  for the Super Nintendo/ Super Famicom systems. The sound quality is definitely much better in person.

I’m really glad that Nintendo decided to keep the Concert Tour going this year. There’s more than enough material to perform.  The title of the tour changed  to Symphony of the Goddesses. It was called 25th Anniversary Symphony last year.

Nintendo Announces The Legend of Zelda concerts – my song wishlist

So Nintendo announced at E3 that they are going to do a concert tour for The Legend of Zelda. I imagine it’s going to be very similar to what Square-Enix is currently doing with Distant Worlds: Music from Final Fantasy 

It’s still quite early but I was so excited to hear the news that I wanted to create a song wishlist  of songs from the series that would like to hear performed live.

  • Zelda’s Lullaby
  • Fairy Fountain
  • Ocarina Medley
  • Dungeon theme (Famicom)
  • Hyrule Castle (Super Famicom)
  • Light World Dungeon theme (A Link to the Past)
  • Songs they should hold for Intermissions 
  • Legend of Zelda title theme
  • Overworld Themes
Hopefully this comes to the USA soon. Really glad that these concert tours are coming. Video Games Live, Play!, Distant worlds and now this.  I can just imagine seeing Zelda cosplayers sitting in the audience, at least here in the USA.
